Mariana is a full service interior designer that got her first taste of the construction process working with a custom home builder in North Scottsdale in early 2000s. Her degree in Global Business from W.P Carey School of Business and later, (2017) Interior Design, allows her to not only create spaces that are both beautiful and functional but also run a business effectively so that the client can have a good experience and enjoy the design process. 

She has also been a licensed real estate agent and works in the luxury markets of Arcadia, Biltmore, Paradise Valley and Scottsdale and is still an active member of the local luxury home tours. This allows her to stay up to date with the demand and tastes of buyers which positions her builder and investor clients in the forefront of current trends discerning homeowners demand.

She enjoys working with private clients that want to make their home truly custom and tailored to their unique tastes and preferences. Her design style varies from neutral and relaxed yet elevated to transitional with personalized and creative use of color and pattern. 

She has curated her taste over years of international living and travel, a rolodex of curated, niche vendors and luxury approaches and construction modalities.
